DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Boot Lab 101 offers both Standard shipping or Express shipping* 

Our delivery partners are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a significant increase in demand and an ongoing global pandemic. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. 

*Please note that all carriers have suspended overnight Express Shipping service due to COVID-19. Although overnight delivery is suspended, Express Shipping is still prioritised and quicker than Standard shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. 

International deliveries are experiencing extreme delivery delays to all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Please allow sufficient time for international deliveries.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Boot Lab 101 is not responsible for any duty and import taxes. All duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Please refer to your local government customs website for information on these charges. Should the customer refuse to accept the order because of customs charges, your order will not be eligible for a refund.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please follow email instructions to track your parcel. 

CONSUMER GUARANTEE
Boot Lab 101 offers 12 months manufacturer’s warranty on your Boot Brush. Please contact us at info@bootlab101.com.au if you have any concerns.

RETURNS
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement should you receive a faulty item. Please note, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind purchases. 

Only products purchased on the Boot Lab 101 website can be returned for a replacement. Items purchased from any of our stockists must be returned to their original point of purchase along with your proof of purchase.
