Shipping Policy

Australia

Standard shipping 3-7 business days. Express available at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

12 Month Warranty

Every Boot Brush is backed by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This covers the brush body, bristle head and valve. Normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by the customer is not covered.

To make a warranty claim, email info@bootlab101.com.au within 12 months of purchase and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photo evidence of the fault or defect

Claims without photo evidence cannot be processed. Warranty claims after 12 months will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email us at info@bootlab101.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo showing the fault or damage

How to Return

To initiate a return, email info@bootlab101.com.au and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Supporting photo evidence where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
